Greetings: There will be two crews this year


We will be doing the stage area crews:

Vendor set up, backstage hospitality, site decon and stage crew.

We have very limited crew needs for this year.

Vendor setup works Thursday only

Site Decon works Monday after event (deposit is required)

Please contact me directly if U are interested in these crews.



Mohawk Valley Events LLC (MVE)

MVE will be doing the site crews:

Site Crew, Parking, Recycling, Admissions and Camping.

MVE will require that all new volunteers to pay a deposit of $100.

(if U have work for us in the past the deposit may be waved)

The deposit will be refunded at end of your required time.

All volunteers will be required to be on shift for 18 hours total over the 3 days.


Both crews:

There will be a crew hospitality tent with light OG food and beverages for U after your shift.

T- shirts will be available for $10
